Refund policy

We love happy customers, and hope you enjoy your special piece.

Refunds will be made upon return of product if it's in unused and original condition. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

All our items are handmade quality costume jewelry, not heirlooms.  We know they won't last forever and are not intended to. If you lose your piece, we hope you'll come back for a replacement. If it breaks, return the pieces for a discount on your next order.
